Delegates will debate the draft guidelines for the countrys economic and social policy. Prior to the PCC Congress, the document was amply debated by the Cuban people in hundreds of thousands of meetings at the community level and at the work places, which is further evidence of the participatory character of our Socialist Revolution with the people participating actively and directly in the decision-making processes. These meetings resulted in more than one million additions, changes and/or modifications to the draft guidelines that will be now taken into consideration by the Congress delegates.
