Last week, the LAPD arrested General T.A.C.O. (Taking All Capitalists Out) of the Black Riders Liberation Party, along with BRLP chief of staff comrade LaaLaa and another person, on the streets of the Crenshaw neighborhood of Los Angeles. LaaLaa was released, but the state is holding T.A.C.O. hostage on a "parole hold", claiming his association with other members of the party violate his conditions of parole, even though during the trial of the Black Rider 3 (in which T.A.C.O. accepted a plea bargain in order to help free his other comrades) the judge threw out the state's claims that the Black Riders were a "gang" subject to gang injunction restrictions on associating with each other.
