"In consultation, assigned Commissioner Michel Florio and Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Melanie M. "Therefore, a Public Participation Hearing (PPH) focused on SCEs operational and financial response to the SONGS outages will be held as follows: 2:00 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 9:00 p.m. (2 different sessions) Thursday, February 21, 2013 Costa Mesa Neighborhood Community Center 1845 Park Avenue Costa Mesa, CA 92627 (Room holds about 400.) The ALJ will set the Agenda and determine speaking times. During the first hour of the PPH, local government representatives will be given priority for public comment. Members of the public who wish to address the Commission must sign in at the PPH and will be called upon in the order listed on the sign-in sheet.
