The Power of the EMERGENCY Story - 10:15 to 10:35 AM One of the greatest assets we have is the compelling narrative of accomplishment and the “ethical beauty” of EMERGENCY. We’ll talk about ways of engaging the public, attracting and maintaining interest, and inspiring support by reminding our communities of the impact of contributions. 10:35 Break 3. Volunteer Group and National Initiatives - 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM We’ll go over a "Checklist" of roles/tasks that required for healthy, volunteer group management and review what is currently working where gaps can be improved. Khudejha Asghar will lead attendees in an exercise in Resource Mapping for each community, and event tips will be shared by experienced volunteers. 4.
