hi ,
what about using an xpen or puppy pen Start your puppies on a very very
mushy mixer of puppy food and either water or puppy formula they will still
nurse too. I started my puppies at less than three weeks but I checked with
my vet who already seen them and we where still doing weekly weight in of
all the puppies and they where all doing great. I was not thinking and put
mom's food down and when I went to check to see if she was done I found a
bowl fill of puppies. I was so worried I called my vets office and they said
it would be ok. we all had a very good laugh( mom sitting there with this
look which said all I want is to eat in peace I let them eat in peace )
The only thing I found with my x pen and ten puppies is some could climb and
they would climb over and try and help with dishes while I was in the
kitchen and they would all try and get the big dogs going in and out and
ten puppies can really move an x pen
