Maybe you can all help me and also spread the word as to what
happened to my daughter's Taffy. She was also the pet of my two
grandsons.
She got her labradoodle 3 weeks ago and adored her. She did every
thing to perfection. My daughter was trying to get Taffy accostomed
to being in the crate while they were gone and put the pup in the
crate while she took my grandson to school.
When she got home, she found that Taffy's collar had some how gotten
hooked on the latch of the crate and Taffy died. Of course the family
is devastated and my daughter is blaming herself.
One thing she wants to do, is educate others on what happened and the
danger of leaving a puppy in a crate with a collar. What I want to do
is find my daughter and her family another pup.
She lives in Virginia, I live in Florida.
She spent weeks looking for the perfect puppy-I told her that there
is always room in our hearts for another pup to love.
My little 6 year old grandson loved Taffy, he has always loved dogs
and the labradoodle was perfect because he has allergies.
Please spread the word about the crate and collars and if anyone
knows of any pups in the Virginia area, or surrounding states, please
let me know. Florida area is viable too.

Kali, a sad grandmother and mother
