I am sorry to hear that! How awful. I appreciate
the heads up, because I had never thought of that. Tie outs are horrible
too. My brother put his German Shelter on a chain, just to keep him in the
fence, while he was doing something, and the next thing they new, he was dead,
had twisted the tie out all the way around and suffocated.
So hard.
Sorry you went through that, but how are you to
know if no one tells, so thank you!
