If by "laid back" you mean not Active , playful, in need of 2 times a day ( minimum) exercise...NO. My 6 month old f1b, Lucy, is loving, gentle and tolerant and adaptable.Learns quickly. Loves kids and other dogs.Wants to be with her humans most of the time.Has recently found her adult dog bark and alerts us to anything unusual. Becomes mischievious if bored. Peggy
