I have had 3 Standard Poodles (still have one), 2 Labradoodles and one Lab, I truly believe its personality and not the breed. I have 1 Labradoodle that's laid back and another that's crazy. I had one standard Poodle that was crazy and the other was almost comatose the 3rd is in the middle. The one Lab is laid back, but all that I have known in the past where high strung as pups up to 5 years then mellow out. *Just my experience*
