Our doodle (Holly Berry) is 6 months old. We got her for our 10 year
old daughter for Christmas, the pup was 4 months old. She scratched
and scratched and scratched, and had a strong doggie odor. The vet
said she had a staf infection, so she got a shot, benadryl, and a
round of antibiotics. Skin cleared up, but soon after the meds were
complete she was back to scratching and the odor was back. Vet gave
more antibiotics, which she's on now...
At frist the breeder said use Oatmeal Shampoo (we did). Then she told
us to treat the hot spots, we did...and now recommends a medicated
shampoo, like one with tea tree...
She's not scratching right nows, but her skin is dry and stinky...
Anyone else deal with this before?
