Would you consider turning them over to rescue on the rare chance that we might be able to find transport for them? You might try posting them on the petfinder classifieds too, but please make sure to screen and charge an adoption fee. Free dogs have a chance of going to scary places, some go to great homes, but I would do everything you can to find a great home.    And PLEASE fix your dogs so this doesn't happen again.
