The next question is what is an "upper acceptable limit" and this could vary from breeder to breeder, and one does encounter the use of very high COI's say in a brother sister mating or father daughter mating. These 2 programs work together to make life simpler, and the more generations you have imputed then the more accurate is the COI results.   By the way, the creator of these 2 programs mentions this which I think is really great:- "This program is not "shareware" or "freeware," it is "hugware."
