I'm a dog trainer, I always like something to be repaired instead of dealing.

Sherri, also from my experience belly bands are mostly used for
dogs with incontinence problems like many senior dogs.
As for breeders where I am using belly bands well I haven't heard of any, but
I do know that many breeders place their stud dogs in trustworthy pet homes,
that way the entire studs and entire inseason bitches are well separated, the
breeder gets to use the stud when needed and the pet owner gets to have a
quality dog for a fraction of the cost or for free.
