I use a water sprayer with vinegar and have found this to work. Neither of my
doodles like this. :)

  Subject: [labradoodles] my labradoodle puppy

hi I am new to this site and am hoping for some advice and input from all you
labradoodle
owners. I have a 3 month old chocolate labradoodle puppy. He has a beautiful
wavy fleece
coat that is growing by the week. But it seems the muzzle is the last to
grow. Did you all
find that this area grows slower? He looks a little odd right now because of
this.

Also, i never in a million years realized how hard the puppy stage is. I am
trying to do
everything right but I am ready to pull my hair out regularly. Firstly, i am
trying crate training
because i have read and spoke to so many people who have recommended it. But
when I do
let him have some free time in the house he bites and bites and bites, or
nips and nips and
nips. we can't even play with him without him nipping constantly. I end up
having to put
him behind a gate away from the children because they can't sit for a second
without him
running up and biting at them. I have tried spraying bitter apple all over my
son whose 3.
He has holes in every pair of pjs. I want to have a great time with this dog,
but when can i
let him out of any sort of "confinement" without him being crazy? any
suggestions or similar
  frustrations? thanks
