The major difference with Continental is that they keep the animals 
inside their office area if the temps are not ideal out in the cargo 
terminal, so they are kept in a climate controlled area at all times. 
Most airlines leave the carriers out in the warehouse area - lots of 
noise and changing temps. Continental also takes them to the airplane 
in a heated or air conditioned vehicle -- not an open baggage truck.
