There should be only one instance of bigbrother (or, as a live test of mine, BigBrotherMoni- tor) in all of Tools, i. e. on one of tools-services-01 and tools-services-02, but the Puppet class toollabs::checker inherits toollabs::submit which makes it run on tools-checker-01 and tools-checker-02 as well. I assume Andrew's change 848c849a5a76c6dec318ddf3a9ce25e3d619365a was accidental in that regard and I'll submit a patch to fix that. bigbrother/BigBrotherMonitor already write to a log file aptly named bigbrother.log, so if you are not interested in its mails, you can already discard them.
