Ldap is back, and most services have returned to normal. You might run
into a few bad states for the next few minutes due to caching issues,
but in general everything should be working fine.
Please file a ticket or let me know if you see any issues that persist
for more than an hour or two.

work just fine. Shell and web logins (and sudo) on most Tools and
Labs/VPS infrastructure will fail until ldap service is restored, and

unlikely that users will need to do anything to follow up.
