With a developer community of One (me), and a user community of zero,
and the short term growth hopefully going to be the ASF infra
team.......

The incubator would be lots of work for me personally, and I just
don't have the energy to do it.

I barely get in enough spare time to hack on Orthrus, and spending
half my time writing emails for the incubator is not something I'm
interested in, especially if in the long run Orthrus might never have
a big enough community to become a TLP anyways.
