There's a lace day in this area next month and the title of the talk is "From bow to bobbin". No-one is quite sure how the speaker intends to this to be pronounced. Some think he's got the spelling incorrect and it should be "From bough to bobbin" as in branch of a tree, or he may really intended it to be bow as pronounced in 'so' and it's us that's got it wrong.
