If there is thyme or catnip in your garden, herb tea is a pleasant change from other hot fluids.
Soak in a hot tub, then take a nap. When reading in bed, a pair of plump, hard pillows under your elbows help to support the book. The same pillows make it possible to knit or tat while flat on one's back, but I imagine that lacing would be right out. On the other hand, bronchitis usually contra-indicates lying quite flat -- propping up the head of the bed may make it easier to breathe at night. Use fresh lemon juice instead of vinegar for a change of pace. Nap lots. -- Joy Beeson [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://home.earthlink.net/~joybeeson/ http://home.earthlink.net/~beeson_n3f/ west of Fort Wayne, Indiana, U.S.A.
