yes, and some areas have much more rain than others - I'm not sure what this has to do with forest fires - we have an unusually dry summer in BC, but forest fires occur annually here anyway. 2000 lightening strikes, recently, and 200 fires: hits = 10%. Some go out on their own, some are 'fought.' I would say arson is definitely human error. >- - - - or else *permanently*, as in *extinction*.
