Hi everyone

I thought veg. marrow are pale yellow unlike zucchini which are dark green
outside, or bright yellow. Both have mild flesh - but the veg. marrow is
more buttery according to a foodie expert-type friend, who pointed this
out to me at the local market one day. I don't know about veg. marrow but
you can use zucchini, skin and all, for savoury dishes, and as filler
inthings like chocolate zucchini cake....to go with Joy's soup :)))
