I have had my microwave convection oven for many years. It is fantastic for
doing roasts as you can have the finish of an oven cooked roast in a
fraction of the time when you use the combination. The same with cakes. You
know how cakes are never the same when done in the microwave. Use the
combination and you have the benefit of a quickly cooked cake at a fraction
of the time. It is also good for bacon. Make you oven work for you.  Now
back to making basketball tops.:-)
