i thought it was required to have a survey done on land before you
could build on it.  in some places i know a survey is required.  they
should make developers follow the surveys and not be allowed to build
houses on sand.  you used to be able to prosecute people who sold you
bad homes like that, but corporate has had its bluff on everyone for
too many years.  now they can do what they want and there are no rules
for them to follow.  


you can't even prosecute them because the government created so many
loop holes to not prosecute scams like building homes in swampland and
sand dunes.  maybe that would lower the economy if all the scams
disappeared all at once.  they want to claim that as a full time
occupation so their work data looks fuller.
