its not human! i'm looking for another job closer by who does not work over time at all. i think i found one already. my family never sees me and i'm getting tired of it. i always ask them if i get on their nerves and they laugh and say "how is that when i never see you. your never home!." there are a ton of things i need to get done and can't do it because of how bad they schedule. i saw the schedule for this week and i have 2 days off, but i don't know how long that will last. every time the schedule gets back to normal someone will go on vacation and they don't find someone to take their place. they just make everyone there work double work days and 7 days a week or more straight until the vacation is done.
