Can't say about Iceland, but Poland is one of the countries around the Baltic Sea. In July, I'd expect between 20 and 23 degree Celsius during the day; 25 is considered "hot" and doesn't, usually, last very long. It would probably be cooler than that on the ship. And we get a lot of rain too, when it gets even cooler. Definitely layers, with more long sleeved shirts than short sleeved ones, a sweater or two, and at least one light-to-medium weight jacket for the evenings.

Of course, with the global warming, the short sleeved shirts cannot be eliminated entirely; the past few summers have had their "swelter points" of 30C, some of which lasted as long as a week...
