Hi David and Chatters, I usually see Maltese in collars, circles or shawls. This is too short for a shawl, so it is probably a table runner, as listed.
However, it is a poor example of Maltese lace. It was made either by a beginner or amateur who did not understand Maltese lace. The leaves are not the full, fat leaves indicative of Maltese. I hope both the buyer and seller realize this. The seller probably does, from the low starting price. Isn't eBay fun? You can see all kinds of things on it. Happy lacing, Alice in Oregon -- off to a day of informal lacemaking with friends, the Third Thursday group. --- David in Ballarat <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Dear Friends, > This Maltese lace cloth is a bit different:- > > 300038502532 > > David in Ballarat > > To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] containing the line: unsubscribe lace-chat [EMAIL PROTECTED] For help, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
