Can any of you who are whizzes with computers explain the following:
I have JavaScript enabled, but I cannot get a pop-up window on a web page to
pop-up, or get a video window to play. If I disable internet security, press
Ctrl and f5, re-enable internet security, I can then get the pop-up window
to open or the video to play.
It was a tip I found on a web page. It works, but I'd like to know why.
