Janice, I think a turkey crown and a turkey breast are the same thing - a
turkey with the legs and wings removed. Means they can be sold separately to
those who like them.
My next door neighbour has just put a "turkey roll" in the oven for his
family to east tomorrow. It's a de-boned turkey rolled up so, when it's
served, he just cuts of circular pieces which have a mixture of white and
brown meat.
