Sue, Belstead House is still in business.

A group of about 12 of us (patchwork-and-quilters) have been going, for
three years now, for four days in October. We don't have a tutor; we book
enough bedrooms (I like one of the en suite ones in the main house, next to
the Judge's Room) and the large workroom next to the conservatory. The
workroom is locked overnight, so we can leave all our stuff out ready for
the morning.

The staff are all lovely and helpful, and the food is wonderful. It's a
real treat to work as much as you want to, with like-minded friends, and to
be told when meals are ready!

Margery.
