I think the first thing I would do is consult  Samsung customer service.  They 
may have a standard protocol for dealing with that.   You may need to go to 
your computer to get the information you need.   Once you're up and running 
again, you should probably get a virus protection program.  Initially, it was 
believed that this wasn't needed on Android devices, but I didn't trust that, 
and installed Bitdefender on my Motorola Xoom.
