<The list has been quiet. We need some more conversations started.>
Hi Alice, You mentioned in a previous email that you did woodworking and were going to set up one of your buildings for that purpose. What type of wood work do you do?  Do you turn your own bobbins? You seem to be handling your recent bereavement so well.  It is good to keep busy.  I seem to be always knitting these days.  My group knit and crochet for charity and I just finished my 7th lap blanket for our local hospice. We are also busy making small items for a craft fair to raise money to buy more yarn rather than having to patch together things using donated yarn.  Lap blankets take about 3 skeins and we don't always get that many donated in the same color, so we have to make multi colored ones which sometimes look a little odd. :-)  On the lace front, I am working on a Binche humming bird designed by Kumiko Nakazaki but that requires time to be able to sit and follow the diagram on my voodoo board.  It is easy to lose my place even though I am marking the board as I go.
