Thank you for all the replies about the meat situation!! The tenderloin sandwich sounds like a variation of Wiener schnitzel which is nowadays done with pork here. Fortunately our meat supplies are not that sophisticated and we can get fresh supplies of all sorts of meat. One area of the country is well known for their succulent lamb. The sheep graze in the wild all day and are only brought in for shearing or slaughter. Now all of a sudden it has become "organic farming" and the meat is exported to Europe and the farmers are laughing all the way to the bank!!
