[lace] Bookseller in Germany (I think)

When I was taking a class recently with Pat Bury, she mentioned a
bookseller in Germany (I think) who sent books mail order, but I can't
now remember her name. I think it was Barbara Fay or similar. Can anyone
help me out with her name and address and phone no.? - I'd be very
grateful,
