Is this really a needle threader? To me it looks like a tatting shuttle, but then I don't tat, so it 's probably a needle threader that just happens to be the same shape as a tatting shuttle. I suppose if it *was* a tatting shuttle it wouldn't have the inscription "more thread less knots" it would be "more thread more knots" :-).
