People in other countries around the world usually understand this and will contact the appropriate supplier, but perhaps people in the UK (who should buy VHS format videos) and USA (who should buy NTSC format videos) need a reminder. I think I have the terminology correct -- electric equipment is not my specialty. It was explained to me years ago.
