Many of the US lace suppliers have carried the first edition of Brenda's book, so I should think they are now carrying the second edition. That would be easier than sending cash to England. Some (not all) even take plastic via the internet, others will accept your order over the internet but you can mail them a check (that's faster than mailing the check and then they fill the order).
