Hi All, I am the happy owner of Valerie Grimwoods NL book - I think it's "Starting Needlepoint Lace" but it's downstairs at the moment. Anyway, I can see why so many people recommend it. It's full of the basic info that I need. Not too much eye candy which is probably why I didn't buy it before but now I need the "how-to" information so it's perfect.
So, about the rings (couronnes? sp.?) it says somewhere they are applied with stab stitch and that isn't in the index. I am jumping around in the book at the moment so maybe it is explained somewhere but I thought I'd ask here.
