Nope, nope, nope.  The light described has straps to hold it onto your bare
head, and is for camping and the like.  The lights sold for cave exploration
have clips to fasten onto your helmet -- they are copied after the lights
miners used to use.

I suppose that one *could* modify the camping light to strap onto a hard
hat, if you already had the camping light and didn't have a caving light.
