You're quite right that she owns the arachne.dot.com domain and not the
word. The webshots album is an extension of the list and was set up by
Avital, the moderator appointed by Liz. Using the name 'Arachne' for the
proposed Yahoo group also appears to be an extension of the list Liz owns
and also might cause confusion, so it would just be polite to contact her.
Perhaps we have different standards of etiquette, and I'm being overly
sensitive.

I agree with Sue that using the name 'Seven' or 'Sevenlace' avoids any
confusion and indicates the goup's purpose.
