Gidday all, My fellow Aussie Helen - could you tell me please what are the payment methods for the Tina book? I've printed out the order form to fill out, but how do I pay if I am not able to send a US cheque?
My postal address is in Miami even though I am in Suriname (a courier company there brings all our mail across with the company's mail), so I only need to pay local shipping, but don't know how to get the money to you.
