For those in foreign countries who wish to purchase the Tina book... May I suggest hooking up with a benevolent friend in the US who has a PayPal account. If she's willing to be a go-between, you can send the funds to her via PayPal (remember to include the amount for fees...) and she can send the order through with a check.
