Since you are in England, I went to my magazines from your country - for advertising information. In "Stitch", which is published by The Embroiderers' Guild of your country, I found a display ad for the following: Wye Needlecraft, Ltd. www.wye.co.uk or e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Under their thread listings was "Danish Flower Thread". When I clicked on it - it went to a rejection page of a business that appeared to be in Denmark, where (presumably) Wye goes to import the thread to your country. So, have a look to see what I mean, then you could write to their e-mail address for more info as to where you can see prices, colors, etc. Incidentally, the ad implies they have lacemaking supplies! In future, I should think anyone could go to a shop that sells magazines and look at the display ads in needlework publications - for leads to in-country suppliers. Other options for linen embroidery threads would be to do a search to find a web site or e-mail address for The Embroiderers' Guild-England or the Royal School of Needlework. Either should be able to refer you to an appropriate supplier, simply based on the large number of ads in their publications.
