Hi Ann-Marie - You may hear from some who refer you to Cathy Belleville's Rosa Libre lace, but since her book has just recently come out, I doubt if that is the pattern you're referring to.
I have a copy of Joyce Willmot's "Lace Flowers" which was published by Ruth Bean in 1987.
