This is incorrect, in my experience. My husband continues to offer stamps on eBay to collectors, and our payment terms include PayPal with a balance or bank transfer, no credit cards. Our PayPal account remains a personal account, no fees to us, and we continue to collect on ebay sales via PayPal.
