There was an interview on the radio this week with someone involved with the Canadian Oxford Dictionary, and one of the questions asked was about Q always being followed by U in words, and were there any that didn't follow that rule. One of the examples given was qiviut which is the fibre from the Canadian Arctic Musk Ox. - Good to remember if you play scrabble, I always seem to get the Q but nary a U in sight (along with the X and Z).
