The pattern I have has 11 scallops, and makes 3/4 of a
circle when laid out.  The inside edge has points. 
It's made all in one piece, and rolled to shape.

It could be a one piece version of a pattern that
originally had two or three sections that were
assembled together to make the flower.

I'm sure if we searched, we could find several
versions of it that are similar.
