As this is not a secure and personal information is required, I relied on a
US web site not being familiar with UK postal addresses or postcodes, I set
up my account with my address as just the town for the first line, the
county for the city and just the first two letters of my postcode (that's
just the first two letters of my postcode in addition to what I put at the
bottom of my lace/lace-chat emails.)
I never fill in my personal details on non-secure web sites (If I'm
desparate and the site insists, I enter false information). If the account I
set up is subsequently thrown out, then so be it - unlees the site is made
secure I won't enter any more of my details than I already have.
