Jane, what a wonderful evening and such a great way to spend an interesting
time. For him it must have been very unusual and took you probably into his
memoriable people space:-)
I agree I think something lacy either a hanky or maybe some sort of pretty
trim to add to your clothing would be wonderful.

Hi All
Last evening, my husband and I attended a dinner in honour of our Bishop's
25th year as a Bishop in the Anglican Church of Canada. I ended up
sitting
beside the Bishop of Saskatchewan, guest speaker for the evening. He
turned
to me and said, "Tell me about yourself." I debated what wonderful
information to give him and then decided to tell him that I am a
lacemaker.
He was fascinated and we had quite a lengthy discussion :) He made the
comment, "and you aren't wearing any lace". I was wishing that I had
something to show him and have decided from now on, I will carry a lace
trimmed hanky in my purse so that I can pull it out on other similar
occasions!
