An ebay seller with the ID happiness_is_a_state_of_mindhas sold and is still
selling a lot of lace patterns/prickings. I'm not sure if they're
photocopies. If they are then the seller is breaching copyright. I thought
I'd seen some of them before in UK Lace Guild Magazines (and possibly from
'La Encajera'), but was certain this morning when I saw Liz Pass' name on
one (the mushroom on page 28 of the Lace Guild 10 year collection 'Lace
86'). She's contacted the seller. A few weeks ago, I thought I'd recognised
'Holly Hobby' and 'Robby Holly' from Lace Guild Publications.

Picking one of this seller's items at random, item number 8278137057 (a
Bedfordshire heart) sold on 23rd April clearly has the Lace Guild logo at
the top, but I can't read the designer's name.

If she is selling photocopies rather than the originals removed from the
relevant publicaton, then she's certainly breaching the designer's copyright
and possibly that of the publisher.

Any Lace Guild executive member on this list who can comment?
